Which is a bit sad because now I don't remember all that well what was going on.īut well, comics are nice to read so I'm pretty sure I'll enjoy it.ĭies ist der zweite Teil der „Ungleichgewicht“ Reihe, die am 15. I wanted to read it just as it came out, but, alas, life got in the way and it isn't until now that I have the time to do so. Time to catch up to this before I have to read many of them XD I love the themes that are treated in this! I'm, certainly, more used to it now than I was in the first issue but still not a complete fan of it.Ĭan't wait to see what happens in the last issue. Yet, I still have that small problem of not completely liking the art style, which is kinda important in a comic. Seeing the gang in action, being just so utterly them and yet more mature and grown-up and wiser is delightful and fills my heart. I really like seeing how they handle the power struggle between the benders and the non-benders. They are nothing alike.I've said this before and I'll say it again, it's so interesting seeing how we went from the ending of Avatar: The Last Airbender to the start of The Legend of Korra and figuring everything out piece by piece.
#AVATAR THE LAST AIRBENDER BOOK 3 WANG FIRE SERIES#
I recommend it to everyone, and give you one warning do not watch The Last Airbender movie or base the series off the film. I can honestly and easily say that this is the best cartoon/anime series that I have ever seen. Generally, though, the score is the same as in the previous seasons. It’s just a little bit darker to suit the mood. The music in this season changes slightly. That’s the best thing about it, it rewards you for watching. In my opinion, it is single-handedly the funniest episode of all three seasons, and you must have watched the previous seasons to get all of the inside jokes in it. Unlike other re-cap episodes, however, this one is also very enjoyable for those who have seen all the previous episodes. This audience isn’t expected to have seen every episode beforehand and so the re-cap episode brings them up to speed. I could argue that it wasn’t really needed in Avatar: The Last Airbender either except that it is aimed towards a younger audience. They’re usually boring, repetitive and aren’t really needed. But usually, they’re just a whole bunch of “previously on’s” put together. This season has the best re-cap episode I have ever seen, not that I’ve seen many. One prime example of this is Aang’s unwillingness to kill anyone, even Firelord Ozai. As a children’s show, however, it must have clear morals in it, and so it does. In addition, a joke was often made of it. I mean, it usually does have a little of the corny what-did-we-learn-today at the end of each episode but, especially as the episodes progressed, this seemed to become less and less important. The always love how this show slides morals so easily into the story. I personally feel like she was even worse than Firelord Ozai.

They managed to humanise one of the most evil and cold characters if the series. Although I should have felt angry towards her and happiness at Zuko’s success, I felt nothing but pity and sadness. The way in which they made Azula descend into madness in the end was amazing. In a way, it seems like it’s aimed towards a slightly older audience. This season evoked deeper emotions in the viewer than any other season had. It was the only season to make me laugh, cry, be fearful, shocked and feel pity. This is definitely evident in this season. It seems with Avatar, the darker the season is, the more humour is added to it to lighten the mood and make it more cheerful. It has very few stand-alone episodes, with most of them being focused on the final battle between Aang and Firelord Ozai. This season is even darker than the previous seasons. While watching this season for the first time, I watched it late into the night because I wanted to see what happened so badly! Warning that this post may contain spoilers.
